Tiger-NIR256C is a TEC cooled linear array near-infrared high-speed (17k) low-noise camera based on InGaAs sensor. It is suitable for applications such as high-speed demodulation of near-infrared signals, communication, gas detection, Raman spectroscopy, ultrafast femtosecond spectroscopy, and near-infrared absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. The electronic circuit for ultrafast measurements is included. Labview driver is also provided. Data with 9fs 560nm excitation and broadband NIR detection are displayed. The noise level is below 0.005%. This product has a lead time. Please contact tigerinstruments@gmail.com for details.
